Sony XLR-K3M adalah audio XLR digital dua saluran yang memungkinkan Anda menyambungkan mikrofon dan sumber audio lainnya ke kamera yang dilengkapi dengan Dudukan Multi Antarmuka. Dirilis bersama a7R IV, yang memanfaatkan antarmuka audio digital bawaan, adaptor ini mampu menghasilkan kualitas terbaiknya dengan mengirimkan aliran audio digital langsung ke kamera melalui Dudukan Multi Antarmuka. Kamera Sony lain dengan Dudukan MI standar masih dapat menggunakan mikrofon karena ada keluaran digital / analog yang dapat dipilih.
XLR-K3M memiliki dua input mikrofon / line combo XLR-1/4 “dengan phantom power 48V, dan input stereo 3,5mm dengan daya plug-in, semuanya dengan kontrol level individual. Kontrol intuitif membuat adaptor mudah digunakan langsung. Senapan ECM-XM1 disertakan sehingga Anda dapat segera mulai merekam video YouTube, streaming langsung Facebook, dan wawancara, di rumah, di studio, atau saat dalam perjalanan.
